If you are looking for lower cost therapy, our Supervised Therapy Program offers individual therapy sessions personalized to your needs.

You will receive compassionate and professional treatment with a Master of Social Work student therapist who is receiving clinical supervision on a weekly basis and who will provide you with the best care possible to support your health and well being.

Clients benefit from an affordable sliding scale rate based on income. Student therapists benefit from the opportunity of working with clients under supervision which is one of the essential aspects of their training.

We can help you with:

ADHD: If you are diagnosed with or think you have ADHD and need help with your mental health, relationships, school, or work life we can support you in ways that are helpful and meaningful to you. Our counsellors understand neurobiology and will help you explore and embrace your strengths and identify any growth areas that you may have that compliment your lifestyle and relationships.
