Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT)
Our therapists may recommend attachment based family therapy (ABFT) in addition to individual counselling which focuses on improving the mental health and well being in youth. ABFT helps to improve communication, rebuild trust, help with problem solving, emotional regulation and repair ruptures between youth and parents. A family commitment of between 14-20 sessions is required.
