We draw on a variety of therapy modalities depending on your needs including relational, psychodynamic, attachment based, somatic, emotionally focused (EFT), The Gottman Method, Couple’s Institute developmental model, mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), the arts, and body-mind awareness practices. We work with individuals (aged 13 +), couples, and families, and are trauma informed, neurodiversity affirming, and queer positive. We are committed to ongoing professional education and personal growth and integrating these learnings to support you in your mental health and well-being.  

For many, reaching out for support may feel like a risk. We realize it often takes courage and welcome you to contact us when it feels right for you. 

We offer a free twenty minute phone consultation to provide you with an opportunity to assess fit and ask any questions you may have.
